We use expert knowledge, clinically robust evidence and relevant up to date resources to educate employees and employers so they can best support perimenopausal and menopausal women at work. This course is for managers or team leaders  (HER-Help employee retention) and (HIM- Help inform men). It aims to inform and empower managers and male staff about the menopause transition. It is important to educate everyone as Menopause is not just a womans issue, it is a workplace and societal issue.  It is  essential to provide the best support for their female employees who may be struggling at work because of the impact of symptoms. It gives an overview of the symptoms of peri/menopause and how they can negatively impact on the workforce and productivity. It reinforces the crucial role of the line manager in supporting employees, how to have confident conversations and how to implement support solutions to foster an inclusive menopause friendly work environment and culture.

HR professionals will benefit hugely from our training. Information on how to make their workplace menopause friendly will be covered.  Our workplace programmes are designed to promote a positive working environment. We help address how you can support all team members with the necessary adjustments or strategies, education and awareness training.


We will look at the laws and legislation so you fully understand the law around menopause in the workplace. 

Details of previous court cases around menopause and discrimination will be discussed.

We offer a consultancy service to assist HR departments in devising a Menopause and Menstruation policy.

It demonstrates that awareness and inclusivity resonate and align with your company's workplace wellness policies. Taking a proactive approach that adapts to changing needs in staff health is an integral part of good business ethos and this is where we can really help you deliver.

Lunch and learn-Light bites

  

These are short educational 1 hour workshops over lunch break. These are  a great way to start normalising conversations around the topic of peri/menopause in the workplace fostering a culture of inclusivity, equality and diversion.

Here you will learn 

  • How to recognise peri/menopause
  • The symptoms of menopause broken down one at a time
  • The in-depth management of the one symptom under discussion
  • Provide a safe, relaxed space where employees feel comfortable to discuss their symptoms and experience of menopause with others
  • Allows staff to access support through friendly conversation in an informal setting 
  • Information shared in a non-judgemental manner to help staff navigate this journey in what can be a challenging time for 3 out of 4 women.
  • Through an open, informal discussion women can be empowered to harness their strengths and feel more supported helping reduce anxiety levels and boost their wellbeing and improve productivity at work.
